Who processes the data

What we collect and why

The site has two forms. Outside them, we collect nothing about you.

The free audit form

We ask for your website address, your name and your email address and, optionally, your company name, phone number and a description of the problem. We use them solely to analyse the site and send you the audit recording.

The contact form

We ask for your name and email address and, optionally, the company, phone, project type, approximate budget and a message. We use them to reply and, if we go further, to prepare a quote.

Technical data

The server automatically records the IP address and the moment of submission, so we can rate-limit automated submissions. These are technical security records, kept separately.

Legal basis

• Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time, with no consequences.
• Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting the site against automated submissions.
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), if the conversation leads to working together.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, contract data is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally 10 years for financial documents.

You can ask for earlier deletion, and unless a legal obligation says otherwise, we comply.

Who else sees it

Messages sent through the forms reach us by email, at contact@vvrtech.com, and a copy is kept on the server, in a file that is not publicly accessible.

Nobody, apart from us and the hosting provider running the server the files sit on. We do not sell data, we do not trade it and we do not use it for advertising.

The server is located in Romania, so the data does not leave the European Union.

Tracking and profiling

The site uses no Google Analytics, no remarketing pixels and no other tracking tools. We do not build profiles and we make no automated decisions based on your data. Details about local storage are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right:

• to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• to have inaccurate data corrected;
• to ask for its deletion;
• to ask for processing to be restricted;
• to receive the data in a transferable format;
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• to withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to contact@vvrtech.com and we reply within 30 days at the latest. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Romanian Data Protection Authority (opens in a new tab).

Security

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are saved to a file located outside the public area of the server, so it cannot be downloaded from the internet. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer enquiries.

Minors

Our services are aimed at companies. We do not knowingly collect data about people under 16. If it happens by mistake, write to us and we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. For significant changes we notify you directly, if we have your email address.
