What this document covers

The terms below apply to visiting and using this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.

They do not cover the contractual relationship with our clients: projects run under a separate contract, signed by both parties, with its own clauses on delivery, payment, ownership of the results and warranties.

Prices and quotes

This site shows no prices. The price of a project is set through a written quote, after a clarifying conversation, and is valid for the period stated in the quote. Amounts in quotes are in euro and exclude VAT, unless the quote says otherwise.

For custom platforms and applications, the firm quote results from a paid definition sprint, described on that service's page.

Intellectual property

The text, images, code, graphic elements and structure of this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may read, print and quote them with attribution. You may not reproduce them in full, republish them or use them commercially without our written consent.

The screenshots in the portfolio show websites we built for our clients. The brands, text and images in them belong to those clients and are shown only as examples of our work.

The projects shown in the portfolio belong to the respective clients and are displayed with their agreement, for presentation purposes.

How the site may be used

• Do not use the forms for automated messages, unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server or to other users' data.
• Do not overload the infrastructure through automated means.

We may restrict access from addresses that breach the rules above.

Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, to the extent permitted by law. The content of this site is informational and does not constitute legal, tax or business advice.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to sites operated by third parties, including our clients' projects. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement is settled amicably, and failing that, by the courts with jurisdiction at our registered office.

Consumer protection: ANPC, ADR and ODR

If you are a consumer and have a complaint we have not resolved together, you can turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). For disputes, you can use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) procedure run by ANPC and the European Online Dispute Resolution (SOL) platform.

Before any procedure, write to us at contact@vvrtech.com: most disagreements are settled faster directly.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top of the page.
