Which platform do you build on?
We choose based on your catalogue, the stock system you already use and how much you want to manage yourself. We explain the choice with reasons beforehand, not afterwards. You will not get a standard answer, because there is not one.
What commission do I pay?
None to us — the store is yours. You pay the payment processor, the hosting and any module licences. We list them in the quote, with amounts, so you know the real monthly cost before you sign.
Who handles consumer law, terms and returns?
We prepare the compliance pack: terms, return policy, GDPR, cookies, the ANPC and ODR links, adapted to your store. We are not lawyers, so if you have one, it is worth a review.
What about the products? Do you upload them?
The initial import from a file is included, and we give you a template to fill in. If the products are few and complicated, we can add them manually for a fee — we will tell you which works out cheaper in your case.
